Transformative Behavioral Consulting (TBC)


Effective Date: March 1st, 2026

1. Overview and Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of services, programs, content, and digital products provided by Transformative Behavioral Consulting (“TBC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By purchasing, accessing, or participating in any TBC offering, you agree to these Terms.

TBC provides evidence-based behavioral coaching and educational services grounded in behavior analysis, Organizational Behavior Management (OBM), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)-informed principles. Our services are designed to help individuals and organizations improve behavioral patterns, emotional regulation, communication systems, performance, and relationship functioning through applied behavioral science.


2. Nature of Services

TBC services are strictly educational, coaching, and consulting-based.

We do not provide psychotherapy, mental health treatment, medical advice, or clinical services.

Services may include:

- Behavioral coaching and consulting (individual and group)

- Relationship behavior pattern analysis and coaching (e.g., Relationship Reset™ framework)

- Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) consulting

- Communication and conflict-cycle skills training

- ACT-informed behavioral skills training (values-based action, psychological flexibility)

- Educational courses, workshops, and digital programs

- Worksheets, guides, assessments, and structured exercises

- All services are designed to teach skills and support behavior change through education and coaching—not to diagnose, - treat, or cure any mental health condition.

- If you are experiencing severe psychological distress or a mental health crisis, you are encouraged to seek support from a licensed mental health professional or emergency services.


3. Client Responsibility and Participation

By engaging with TBC services, you acknowledge and agree that:

- You are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and outcomes

- You understand that behavioral change is influenced by multiple factors, including environment, reinforcement history, and personal follow-through

- You will participate honestly and actively in the coaching process

- You understand that coaching requires implementation outside of sessions to be effective

- You are responsible for seeking additional professional support when appropriate (medical, psychological, legal, or financial)

TBC does not assume responsibility for outcomes resulting from your decisions or application of materials provided.


4. No Guarantees

While TBC provides structured, evidence-informed behavioral frameworks and tools, we do not guarantee specific results.

This includes, but is not limited to:

- Relationship outcomes

- Emotional or psychological changes

- Business or financial performance

- Speed or degree of behavioral change

- Interpersonal dynamics or third-party behavior changes

- Results vary depending on individual participation, context, and consistency of implementation.


5. Program Access and License of Use

When you purchase or access TBC services, digital products, or materials, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license for personal or internal business use only.

This includes materials such as:

- Relationship Reset™ frameworks and exercises

- Conflict Cycle Mapping tools

- ACT-based reflection and journaling exercises

- Worksheets, PDFs, and guides

- Videos, audio, and course content

- Coaching session materials

- Assessments and behavioral tracking tools

You may NOT:

- Copy, reproduce, or distribute materials to others

- Share login access or program content

- Resell, license, or commercially exploit any TBC materials

- Teach or present TBC frameworks as your own

- Use materials for training outside your personal participation without written consent

All intellectual property remains the exclusive property of TBC.


6. Intellectual Property Protection

All content created by TBC—including but not limited to:

- Relationship Reset™

- Behavioral frameworks and models

- Coaching methodologies

- Worksheets and assessments

- Visual guides and training systems

- Program structure and curriculum design

are protected intellectual property of Transformative Behavioral Consulting.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.


7. Payment Terms

All pricing, payment plans, and program fees are disclosed prior to purchase.

Unless otherwise stated:

- Payment is required in full or according to an agreed installment plan

- Access may be suspended for failed or missed payments

- Fees are non-refundable once services or digital access has been delivered or initiated

- Late or failed payments may result in removal from programs or pause of services

Custom agreements or enterprise contracts may override these terms if explicitly stated in writing.


8. Scheduling, Attendance, and Cancellations

For coaching or consulting sessions:

- Sessions must be attended at the scheduled time

- Missed sessions may be forfeited at TBC’s discretion

- Rescheduling policies will be outlined in your specific program agreement

- Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in termination of services without refund


9. Communication and Support

TBC provides structured communication channels during active engagement.

We do not provide:

- 24/7 messaging or crisis support

- Emergency intervention services

- Therapy, diagnosis, or clinical treatment

Support is limited to program-related coaching communication, administrative coordination, or structured messaging channels.


10. Confidentiality

TBC respects client confidentiality and takes reasonable steps to protect personal information shared within coaching engagements.

However, confidentiality may be limited in the following cases:

- Risk of harm to self or others

- Legal obligation (court order, subpoena, or regulatory requirement)

- Ethical consultation or supervision (with de-identified information only)


11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TBC shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

- Use or misuse of services or materials

- Decisions made based on coaching or consulting input

- Behavioral, emotional, relational, or financial outcomes

- Implementation or non-implementation of tools or strategies

You agree to use all services at your own discretion and risk.


12. Termination of Services

TBC reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services if:

- These Terms are violated

- Behavior is disruptive, abusive, or unsafe

- Continued participation is deemed inappropriate for the program container

- Payment obligations are not met

- Clients may also discontinue participation at any time, subject to payment obligations already incurred.


13. Future Services and Program Expansion

These Terms apply to all current and future offerings provided by TBC, including but not limited to:

- Group programs and memberships

- Digital courses and academies (e.g., Relationship Reset™ Academy)

- Certification or training programs

- Workshops, retreats, and live events

- Corporate consulting services

- Digital platforms, apps, or communities

All future offerings will be governed by these Terms unless explicitly stated otherwise.


14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.


15. Governing Agreement

These Terms represent the full agreement between you and TBC regarding the use of services and supersede any prior agreements or communications.
